Located in Chantilly, Virginia, BPA received the National Association of Industrial and Office Properties (NAIOP) Award of Excellence for the Best Research and Development Warehouse Building. The high profile R&D warehouse accommodates multi-use, flexible functions as well as premium quality office space. Serving as the prime architects, BPA provided programming, master planning, construction documents and total engineering coordination and construction administration for the project.
