Description:
Bradley / Parker & Associates led a team that successfully executed two projects in Hong Kong: designing a 1,670 square meter consulate annex addition (known as the “J-annex”), and the renovation of the 8,825 square meter consulate office building. These intensive projects included new building additions for the kitchen/cafeteria, perimeter guard building, a consular office facility and its waiting area. Carried out in multiple phases these projects were constructed while the building remain occupied. The entire consulate office building was modified to be handicap accessible.
