Description:
Having been involved in projects at the U.S. Embassy in Moscow since the mid 1980s, the BPA team was prepared to lead the effort in providing tenant modifications and special design to this facility in the mid 1990s. Providing total engineering coordination of this special project, the BPA team designed and implemented upgraded communications and power systems, and implemented a new secure facility within the embassy compound.
