Alexandria Rowing Facility

Description:
The upgrade and modernization of this facility included a complete renovation of the floating dock as well as modifications to address egress and life safety issues in the existing building. An additional 2,000 square feet was added to the structure, and it was critical for it to be harmonious with the original building design. Coordinating with a host of other government agencies and local county offices, BPA provided the preliminary planning and design for the project, construction documents, and managed the construction of the project.
